Pool Trust Customer Service Representative



Employment Type: Part-Time
Summary:
To provide administrative and technical customer service assistance to various departments, attendants and consumers.
Duties:
Greet consumers, attendants, and the public when entering the office.

Answer Incoming telephone calls, screen calls, and write electronic tickets to appropriate Pooled Trust staff members.

Utilize Web Office software to access Pool Trust member accounts, Advise if and when a Pooled Trust email or fax has been received.

Address all assigned tickets within the expected time frame required.

Process voicemails for the Pool Trust by using Web office and calling the consumers back.

Assist Supervisor in addressing all abandoned calls to the Pool Trust.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent focus and listening skills.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

1 year customer service experience.

1 year call center experience.

3 year experience working in a fast paced call center atmosphere.

Can type at least 30-40 wpm.

Proficient in Microsoft programs, especially word and excel.
Language Required: None
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: 1-2 years
