Pool Trust Customer Service Representative - Per Diem

Summary: We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative (CSR) to provide administrative and technical customer service assistance to the Pooled Trust department, consumers and their authorized representatives. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. |
Duties: CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES: Answer incoming telephone calls, screen calls, and write electronic tickets to appropriate Pooled Trust staff members. Utilize WebOffice software to access Pooled Trust member accounts, advise if and when a Pooled Trust email or fax has been received. Address all assigned tickets within the expected time frame required. Process voicemails for the Pooled Trust by using WebOffice and calling the consumers back. Assists Supervisor in addressing all abandoned calls to the Pooled Trust. Address and put all requested Pooled Trust forms in an envelope and place in designated mailing area. May perform other duties or projects as assigned. |
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Bilingual English/Russian Preferred |
Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). 1 year customer service experience, 1 year call center experience. **Position is a Temp to Hire position.** |
