The Staff Accountant Position is responsible all day-to-day accounting activities of the Finance Department.
As a representative of CDR, be committed in all that you do to support, perpetuate, and model the CDR Mission.
Prepare Weekly Bank Deposit.
BR> Record all A/P invoices and A/R Invoices.
Record all Cash Receipts to the General Ledger.
Prepare Grant Vouchers Monthly and Quarterly.
Record Month End Journal Entries for Monthly Closing.
Reconcile Bank Statements Monthly.
Prepare Closing Reports for Review by Comptroller.
Prepare 1099s at Year End.
Complete the CDPAS PCPCR.
Complete the OPWDD Consolidated Financial Report.
Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance and two years of related job experience.
At least 2 years of Grant Accounting Experience.
Attention to Detail.
