Pooled Trust Reconciliation Specialist

Summary: |
Duties: Enter data into the system relating to pooled trust financials. Auditing cash receipts and disbursement accounts. Auditing deposits-ARCH origination from actual deposits. Auditing Admin/deceased/interest/holding deposits. Reconcile Supplimental needs trust accounts to the bank accounts. Researchingand correcting bank statement check numbers in order to clear cashed checks and adjust for uncashed vendor checks. Match recorded deposits with bank statements. Enter bank interest and charges into Angelware, and all fees/bank charges into fund EZ monthly. Summerize and report trust fees collected, bank interest/charges and create disbursement to CDR requests on a monthly basis. Schedule and complete audits when reconciliation is completed. Perform any other duties as assigned. |
Skills: Good verbal and written skills. Good attention to detail and organizational skills. Be able to maintain confidentiality of information. Positive attitude with the ability to work well with others and by yourself. Willing to learn Angelware Software. Proficient in Excel (especially with V-Loader) |
Qualifications: High School Diploma or Associates Degree in Accounting prefered. One year experience in basic accounting/bookeeping/finance/auditing preferred. |
