Customer Service Representative

Employment Type: Full-Time
To provide administrative and technical customer service assistance to various departments, attendants and consumers. Bi-Lingual English/Spanish preferred.
Answer incoming telephone calls, screen calls, and refers to proper manager of handling.

Process voicemails for the Pooled Trust by using Web-Office and calling the consumers back.

Address all assigned tickets within the expected time frame required.

Greet consumers, attendants, and the public.

May perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Microsoft and Outlook skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).

1 year customer service experience and 1 year call center experience.

Ability to to be confidential to the nature of work.

Bi Lingual English/Spanish preferred.
