CDR & RCIL are membership based organizations! CDR & RCIL do not have stockholders. … Instead, nonprofit corporations can choose to have members. A membership structure grants members certain basic rights, such as the power to vote for directors, to influence the direction of the organizations.

If you are not a member, now is the time to join. CDR & RCIL are reciprocal organizations; if you join one you automatically belong to the other.  Get out and vote!
