2021 Annual Membership Meeting BY MAIL

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, CDR & RCIL will hold the 2021 annual membership meeting via mail. While recommendations and best practices on gatherings may be different in June, planning takes place now to meet obligations to our membership. The health and well-being of everyone is critical, a responsibility the board takes very seriously.

The “year of COVID” has certainly been unparalleled.  Following all CDC guidelines, CDR & RCIL staff have continued to serve consumers either in person, by phone, email or virtually. The board of directors continued with their duties by holding Zoom meetings. Time and work marched forward.

At the end of May, members will receive the annual meeting notice, membership renewal forms and a ballot to return with their vote(s).

CDR & RCIL are membership based organizations. Members have a strong interest and voice in the future of the organizations, and not only in tangible benefits. Members have specific rights to participate in elections for Directors and Officers. The future direction of the organization is dependent on the board directors, who are elected by members.

Not a member? Join today! Make your vote count in the 2021 election for directors and officers. Remit the membership form [http://cdrnys.org/membership/] and payment to Linda Taylor, CDR, 497 State St, Rochester, NY 14608. You will be mailed the annual meeting notice and documents needed to vote. [NOTE: The process is time sensitive. Per the Bylaws, votes must be received by June 16, 2021 to be counted.]

CDR & RCIL have reciprocal membership benefits. If you are a member of either organization, you are a member of both!

Members, keep an eye on your mailbox for the annual meeting notice. Results will be posted on the CDR website, under the NEWS tab the week of June 20th.
