We are in the News! Governor Hochul has yet to decide on the Medical Aid in Dying Act, which would legalize assisted suicide in New York State. In a recent News10 article, Our Manager of Government Affairs, Max Rodriguez, said:

“We think it sends the wrong message to the most vulnerable people in our society.”

At CDR, we believe resources should go toward home and palliative care, not a legislation that endangers vulnerable New Yorkers.
