The topic of “Summer of Organized Advocacy” was discussed during the #CDRchat Twitter chat! Personal experiences, great advocacy organizing and ADAPT networking tips were shared by our #CDRchat co-hosts: Adam Prizio and Anita Cameron. The community joined the discussion to learn about ADAPT’s efforts, and how to organize an advocacy group and network with target audiences. They also talked about how using social media networks and having the undying energy to advocate are essential for organizing advocacy.
