Pooled Trust New Member Specialist



Employment Type: Full-Time
Summary:
This position will be responsible for meeting and explaining the Trust to individuals who express interest in learning more about the trust and if it would benefit them. This position will also be required to travel to interested individuals house from time to time.
Duties:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONDuty
Respond to phone inquiries about opening up the Trust.
Respond to email inquiries.
Respond to ticket inquiries.
Meet with client, in person or on phone to assist with trust paperwork.
Talk with client regarding operation of the trust once established.
Follow up with referrals that come from outside sources.
Send fax or email documentation as requested.
Meet with walk-in clients.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment with moderate to light noise. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Qualifications:
Education Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Experience Requirements
2-5 years knowledge of Medicaid

Skills and Competencies Requirements
Valid driver's license or reliable means of transportation
Ability to prioritize and stay on track while multi-tasking
Language Required: None
Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED
Minimum Experience: 2-5 years
