DESCRIPTION: \nCDPAS Open Interviews\nOffering a neutral meeting place for people looking for jobs as Personal Care Providers to meet with Consumer Supervisors who are interested in hiring people interested in providing personal care. \nConsumer Directed Personal Assistant Services:\nCDPAS allows individuals with disabilities requiring personal care the opportunity to Supervise their own personal care services. The Consumer Supervisor assumes all of the responsibilities associated with employing their Attendants and uses CDR for processing payroll for their Attendants\, and billing Medicaid for the personal care services their Attendants have provided. \nFor Individuals Who Want to Become Attendants:\nAttendants are not required to have prior training or experience to apply for a position with any Supervisor. Attendants cannot have any physical restrictions limiting their ability to work.
