DESCRIPTION:CDPAS Open Interviews Flyer for 2020\nImage Description: \nOpen Interviews \nOffering a neutral meeting place for people looking for a position as a Personal Care Attendant to meet with Consumer Supervisors in the CDPAS Program. \nConsumer Directed Personal Assistant Services: \nCDPAS allows individuals with disabilities requiring personal care the opportunity to supervise their own attendant services. The Consumer Supervisor assumes all of the responsibilities associated with being an employer; however\, CDR processes attendant payroll and bills Medicaid on the consumer’s behalf for all CDPAS services received. \nFor Individuals Who Want to Become Attendants: \nAttendants are not required to have prior training or experience to apply for a position with any Supervisor.
